Bench ("we," "our," or "us") operates the toolbench.shop website and the Bench repair shop management platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. SMS/Text Messaging
When end customers provide their phone number during repair intake and consent to receive text messages, Bench sends SMS notifications on behalf of the repair shop. These messages include repair status updates, estimate approvals, pickup reminders, invoice notifications, and feedback requests.
Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for sending repair-related notifications. We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers for marketing purposes unrelated to the customer's repair. Phone numbers are shared with our SMS provider (Twilio) only as necessary to deliver messages.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For more details, see our SMS Terms.
